YIELDING
Our clients come first. We create win/wins or there is no deal. Many of our clients are referral based, so meeting their needs is extremely important. That means keeping their "interest" protected - not necessarily "doing what they want you to do". There is a huge difference, and we execute to the best of our ability.
ASSERTIVE
Regardless of which path you take, each of the roles can be tough at times. We forge respect by being assertive from the start of our client relationship. Being assertive does not mean being rude, condescending, or otherwise negative in our approach. We treat people "better" than we want to be treated.
HONEST
The Real Estate & Mortgage industry reputation is tarnished by bad actors. This is a fact, no matter what firm you join. However, we protect ourselves by being honest and doing the right thing at all times. Being honest also means knowing how to respond to inquiries without compromising confidential information that we are obligated to protect, or answering an inquiry based on its relevance. We don't make assertions without proof. We also hold those involved in our transaction accountable for data integrity.
WILLING
Being willing to do what it takes to be the best at what we do (above and beyond continuing education) includes getting out to networking events, expos, etc. to expand industry knowledge, deepen understanding, improve processes, and learn new approaches. This also includes personal research whenever the need arises.
EXTRAORDINARY
Being extraordinary in our personality means we are friendly with clients, associates, and colleagues, and genuinely caring for the needs of others. Sometimes people can be difficult, but we remain professional at all times and get the job done.
HEEDFUL
We are prudent in our business process. We pay attention to details. We take notes, examine incoming document details, and confirm things in writing. When a matter is under question, we seek clarification in this order: (1) from the managing broker or the compliance department and only if necessary (2) the governing bodies (Real Estate Commission or CFPB respectively) - under no circumstances do we "wing" it.
